| Job Description Green Building, HVAC, and LEED AP consulting We are currently looking for qualified individuals to help us establish, grow, and manage projects dedicated to Green Building sustainability consultation services. What you will be doing: •New business development in conjunction with Field Engineer to develop leads and quote retrofit projects •Establish marketing and promotional procedures for HVAC and Direct Digital Control products •Sales responsibilities include developing contacts with design engineers, building maintenance engineers and owners •Estimating of installations of installations for both HVAC equipment and DDC systems •Make sales calls on potential customers and help building owners and Facility Professionals achieve certain select points towards Green Building Certification via the US Green Building Council LEED program. |

| Qualifications Qualified candidates MUST: Have a college degree in a building related science or other relevant expertise Be well connected in the commercial building industry Have a minimum of 3 years professional experience in the area of Green Building/LEED consulting and successful sales experience in HVAC Controls or Building Automation Systems Possess first class oral & written communication skills Be able to work independently in a small business environment Be honest, trustworthy, and dependable Be LEED accredited Relish a compensation package that is part salary and part commissions |
